Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of any modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.
The Platform offers access to advanced AI-generated trading and portfolio services. These Services are provided to users subject to compliance with this Agreement.
To access and use the Platform, you must have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. By accessing and using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
X2GPT.ai retains all intellectual property rights to the Platform and its contents, including but not limited to software, text, images, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, and patents. By using the Platform, you grant X2GPT.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display any content generated or provided by you through the Platform for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
You agree not to engage in any activity that violates this Agreement or any applicable laws or regulations. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
You are solely responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, and obligations applicable to your use of the Platform. This includes but is not limited to tax obligations and data protection laws.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with AI-generated content generation and language processing. X2GPT.ai does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the content generated by the Platform.
The Platform may contain links to third-party resources or services. X2GPT.ai is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of any third-party resources or services.
In no event shall X2GPT.ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through informal negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration organization.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and X2GPT.ai regarding your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
